By accessing and using the CushLabs OS Dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is an internal operations tool owned and operated by Robert Cushman ("CushLabs"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The CushLabs OS Dashboard is an internal portfolio analytics tool that displays live data from the GitHub API. The Service requires authentication via GitHub OAuth and is intended for authorized users only.
Access to the Service requires a valid GitHub account and successful OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub credentials. CushLabs reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice.
The Service fetches repository data from the GitHub API using the access token provided during authentication. This data is used solely to render dashboard analytics and is not stored, cached, or shared with third parties. All data processing occurs server-side within the Vercel infrastructure.
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Robert Cushman. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CushLabs does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data displayed will be accurate at all times. Data accuracy depends on the GitHub API.
In no event shall CushLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
CushLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
